Life ho to aisi
Due apologies to Mr Mahesh Manjrekar, the Bollywood director for the title of this post. This has been a good month so far. Well it is true that only 15 days are over, but then these 15 days have been pretty good, irrespective of whatever the next 15 days of the month might hold. My first term results are out. Well while I am not exactly at the top of the shack, I am not in the pits either. The electives this time are appearing to be an interesting group. My children have been very amenable, no spilt milk, no crying and instant obedience, well almost. So here is hoping that this trend continues.
As a parting shot before closing the post, a joke.
A Worldwide survey was conducted by the UN. The only question asked was: "Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions to the food shortage in the rest of the world?"The survey was a huge failure. The reason: In Africa they didn't know what 'food' meant, In India they didn't know what 'honest' meant, In Europe they didn't know what 'shortage' meant, In China they didn't know what 'opinion' meant, In the Middle East they didn't know what 'solution' meant, In South America they didn't know what 'please' meant, And in the USA they didn't know what 'the rest of the world' meant!!
So long till the next post
